We had an outstanding stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and Sauna, fulfilled our needs entirely. the staff provided impeccable service, and the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast, including special diet menus.
this did not diminish our overall experience.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the express checkout made the process quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and had nice touches like magazines and comfortable robes. The pool area was lovely, with a beautiful view, and we enjoyed having a coffee there before our swim.
Felt like a VIP, nothing to complain about.

The pool and spa area was our favorite place in the hotel. We had a great view of the city while sitting in a plunge pool. The spa and steam room was also available in the bathrooms, adding to our comfort. The hotel location was amazing and we were surrounded by many great restaurants around Southbank.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is located in a great spot, with a tram stop nearby and shopping centers within walking distance. The men's area on level 27 has some amazing views and the restaurant we had reservations at was just a few minutes away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and an excellent view. The service was top-notch and the breakfast was delicious. the fitness center was well-equipped and the pool was refreshing.
The hotel seemed to offer poor customer service.

Staff are exceptional; rooms are clean and comfortable with nice bath robes and flip flops; pool and spa facilities are great, but busy during school holidays; infinity pool on the 27th floor is a hit with kids; Sky Bar is a great place to start your night with a cocktail.
